Ross Bus Sales - Return Policy

At Ross Bus Sales, we understand circumstances change. What is needed one day, may not be needed the next which is why we offer a full refund on returned parts (excluding electrical parts) up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We will accept returned parts up to 90 days with a 20% restocking fee. Freight cost will not be refunded and all sales are final on electrical parts.

Parts may be returned for a full refund for the following reasons:

New Defective Parts that were purchased from Ross Bus Sales. Must provide the original invoice with the date of installation and the failure. Must be returned within 30 days.
Warrantiable Parts must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Must fill out claim form that was provided with parts and returned via UPS using the label provided by Ross Bus. If parts are not returned, a core charge and cost of parts charge will be assessed.
Returnable Parts that are in stock parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Parts must be in new, resaleable condition with original packaging. Must provide the original invoice with return.

No return on all electrical components
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all parts returned after 30 days
No returns will be accepted after 90 days
No returns on special order parts
